Third-party advertising budgets and platform charges are separate from Echoelevatte’s service fees and may not be refundable by us once paid or spent.

If a client requests changes to the agreed scope of work, the request may be reviewed by the Echoelevatte team. Additional work, revisions beyond the agreed limit, or changes in project requirements may result in additional charges.
